Do you attend practices or competitions?

Attending practices or competitions is not part of the individual mental game coaching process. It could be part of a team or group training, but that would be discussed and agreed upon upfront.

How much is a session and what form of payment do you take?

Sessions are $100 each.  Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted.

Do you require a contract and a certain number of sessions?

No contracts and no minimum sessions required.

Do you take insurance?

We do not accept insurance.
